1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the Mizan – Prayer Times application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the App.

The App is provided by BasedClick (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Service Description

Mizan is a mobile application providing prayer times, Qibla compass, adhan notifications, Islamic calendar, supplications, Quran, hadith, and other Islamic content. Some features (premium content, ad-free use, AI assistant, etc.) may require a paid subscription.

3. Account

3.1 Account Creation

Some features require sign-in with a Google or Apple account.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
If you are under 13, you must not use the App without parental consent.

3.2 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App: Settings → Privacy → Delete My Account.
When your account is deleted, all your data (Auth record, Firestore data, Storage files) is permanently removed.
This action cannot be undone.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions are purchased through the App Store or Google Play.
Prices and billing periods are shown on the purchase screen.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.2 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are subject to App Store and Google Play policies.
BasedClick does not process refunds directly.

5. User Obligations

When using the App you agree to:

Comply with applicable laws,
Not interfere with the App’s operation (reverse engineering, automated requests, network attacks, etc.),
Not produce content that disturbs other users,
Not share your account with others.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its logo, content, and code belong to BasedClick or its licensors.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without permission.
Third-party content (Quran translations, hadith collections, etc.) is subject to its own licenses.

7. Religious Content Disclaimer

Prayer times, Qibla direction, and religious content in the App are compiled from reliable sources but 100% accuracy is not guaranteed.
For important religious matters, we recommend consulting a qualified religious scholar.
Answers provided by the AI assistant (“Alim”) are informational and do not constitute a religious fatwa.

8. Service Availability

BasedClick reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App without prior notice.
The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
BasedClick is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
BasedClick’s total liability is limited to the subscription amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BasedClick harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your violation of these Terms.

11. Account Suspension

If you violate these Terms, BasedClick may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Disputes shall be resolved by the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul.
